Group Requirements
Each group will be required to provide liability waivers covering item outlined in our "Requirements" Document.
Assumption of Risk & Health History forms
Each participant and chaperone must complete a
Assumption of Risk form and a
Health History form prior to their program experience. If a participant is under 18 years of age a parent/guardian must sign these forms.
Participants under the age of 18 years of age will not be allowed to participate in any aspects of programming without forms signed by a parent/guardian.
Completed forms should be collected by the group leader prior to the program in order to ensure that all participants have a completed set of forms. Accommodations can be made for many physical or medical conditions but we need to know about these prior to your program in order to be able to plan accordingly.
What to Wear & Bring (not bring)
Please use the What to Wear document to help your group prepare for their challenge course experience. Because we are most commonly outdoors and active during program activities it is important that participants come with appropriate footwear and clothing to be able to fully participate and that distractions such as phones do not get in the way of their experience.
